Refund policy

At Zagu, we want you to feel good about every chair or table you bring into your home. If something's not right with your order, we've kept our return process straightforward and fair.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return — this applies whether the item arrived defective or you've simply changed your mind. We're unable to accept return requests submitted after this window has closed.

What Qualifies for a Return

For your item to be eligible, it needs to be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging, with any included parts, hardware, or accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt

Who Covers Return Shipping

Return shipping costs and arrangements are the customer's responsibility. Any shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

No Restocking Fee

We don't charge a restocking fee on returns. You'll be refunded the full purchase price of your item, minus the cost of shipping it back to us.

Starting a Return

  1. Reach out to us — Email support@zagu.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Wait for confirmation — Our team will get back to you within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Send the item back — Pack it securely and ship it to: 1012 Avenue M, Brooklyn, NY 11230, USA.

When You'll Get Your Refund

Once we receive your returned item and check it over, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method — PayPal or Venmo — and generally post within 7 business days of approval. Your bank or provider may take a bit longer to reflect it on your end. All refunds are issued in US dollars.
