While not all content submitted through our site is necessarily encrypted, any payment information processed through PayPal or Venmo is encrypted during transmission. Prices for our chairs, tables, and other products may change without advance notice. We also reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any part of our Service whenever necessary. All transactions and pricing on our site are in US dollars.

Certain items may only be available through our website. We do our best to accurately represent the colors, materials, and dimensions of our furniture, though slight variations can occur. We reserve the right to limit product availability to certain individuals, regions, or jurisdictions at our discretion.

Section 6 — Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and offer free shipping on every order. Our daily order cut-off is 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days and spend 4–6 business days in transit, putting total estimated delivery at around 5–8 business days. We ship through FedEx, UPS, and USPS, and every order comes with tracking.

Section 7 — Billing and Payment

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order placed through our site. It's your responsibility to provide accurate, up-to-date information at checkout. Payments are processed securely through PayPal and Venmo, billed in US dollars with no hidden charges.

Section 8 — Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. There's no restocking fee, though return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we've received and approved a returned item, refunds are issued within 7 business days. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
